AEC-55-PU
sensors are of very small dimensions and offer a wide temperature range. The
standard
frequency range is up to 20kHz, with HF-converter up to 200kHz.
With measurement ranges from 0.15mm up to
16mm the sensors offer a resolution from 0.5µm to 6µm.
